It didn’t happen overnight.

It happened in the 'overnights' nobody saw. ⏳


Looking back at where I started, I realize the biggest transformation wasn't the muscle I gained or the weight I lost it was the mindset I built.
​In a world of "quick fixes" and 30 day shreds, I chose the long game. There were months where I felt stuck, weeks where I wanted to quit, and days where I did absolutely nothing. But I kept coming back.

​The 3 things I wish I knew on Day 1:

1️⃣ Patience is a Power: You don’t plant a seed and expect a tree the next morning. Give yourself grace.

2️⃣ Consistency > Intensity: The "okay" workout you actually do is better than the "perfect" workout you skip.

3️⃣ Focus on the 'Feel': Train because you love your body, not because you hate it.

​If you’re at your Day 1, or Day 100, and you feel like progress is slow keep going. Future you is already proud of you for not stopping.

We’ve all been there: It’s weekend, you’re tired, and the easiest thing to do is grab takeout or skip the workout. The secret isn't more willpower it’s a better plan.

Here is my Sunday Reset checklist to crush the week ahead:

Schedule the "Me" Time: Treat your workouts like a doctor's appointment. Put them in your calendar! 📅

The Power Protein: Prep one big batch of protein (chicken, chickpeas, lean beef) so healthy meals are "grab-and-go." 🍗

Hydration Station: Fill up your water jugs or set a reminder to drink 2-3 liters today. 💧

The 10-Minute Tidy: Clear your space. A clear room leads to a clear mind for training. 🧹

Early To Bed: Growth happens while you sleep. Aim for 7-8 hours tonight! 😴

​Progress isn't built on the days you feel 100%. It’s built on the days you feel 20% but you show up anyway. Whether it’s a 15-minute walk or a heavy lifting session, doing something is always better than doing nothing.
