When I teach strategy and management one of the most important things I stress on is organizational culture as it is the collective attitude of people which influences their paradigm . It's no use having the best equipment if the culture is messed up.in my gym I as a leader created a learning culture were we share knowledge and learn from each other . We don't care if you wear under armour or Nike if you use and I phone or Samsung . Here we are all one with a collective Athos and mission to be better than yesterday !
