නුවරඑලිය දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ චෙස් ව්‍යාප්ත කිරීමේ තවත් එක් පියවරක් ලෙස රිකිල්ලගස්කඩ දෙණිකේ ජාතික පාසලේ පවත්වන ලද චෙස් ක්‍රීඩාව හා චෙස් ක්‍රීඩාවෙන් පාසල් සිසුන්ට ඇති වටිනාකම පිලිබදව සිදු කරන ලද දේශණය 2026.02.06 දි නුවරඑළිය දිස්ත්‍රික් චෙස් සම්මෙලනයේ ලේකම්, ජාතික විනිසුරු Ruwantha Sameera RS මහතා විසින් සිදු කරන ලදි.

මෙම පාසලට අවශ්‍ය Demostration චෙස් පුවරුවක් පරිත්‍යාග කල මහනුවර දිස්ත්‍රික් චෙස් සංගමය හා Rajeendra Kalugampitiya මහතාට විශේෂ ස්තූතිය.

​පවතින සීත කාලගුණය නිසා ( 3.5 °c ) බොහෝදෙනාගේ ඉල්ලීම පරිදි මෙම තරගාවලිය සතියක් කල් දැමීමට නුවරඑලිය දිස්ත්‍රික් චෙස් සංගමය තීරනය කර ඇති බව දන්වා සිටිමු. මෙම තීරනය නුවරඑලිය චෙස් තරගකරුවන්ට තරගාවලිය සුදුසු තත්වයන් යටතේ පැවැත්විය යුතු නිසා අප සංගමය ගත් තීරනයක් බව දන්වා සිටිමු. සිදුවූ අපහසුතාවය පිලිබදව බලවත් කනගාටුව ප්‍රකාශ කර සිටිමු. ඉදිරි සතියේදි මෙම තරග පැවැත්වීමට අවශ්‍ය කටයුතු සංවිධානය කරනු ලැබේ
