KANDY SPORTS CLUB (better known as KANDY SC) is a division A rugby union team,based in KANDY, SRILANKA,The club has been the most successful SriLanka Rugby League winning titles as wel as19 Clifford cups,Last twenty years,Which is the most number of winning by any clubs since the expanded compertition commernced in 1950. HISTORY

The Kandy SPORTS Club was founded 1874 by a group expatriate sector

in cofee planters and others working in the plantation sector in around Kandy,as the KandyAathletic,Boating,Football and dancing Club. In 1888 14 years later the name was changed to Kandy Sports Club when the club starting playing rugby.
