ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ දෙමාපියන්ගේ දැඩි ආදරය නිසාම කරන ලොකුම විනාශකාරී වැරැද්දක් තමයි ළමයාට ලෙහෙසි වෙන්න කියලා බැඩිමින්ටන් බෑග් එක අසුරන්නේ අම්මා, කිට් එක හෝදන්නේ අම්මා, බැඩ්මින්ටන් සපත්තුවල ලේස් බඳින්නෙත් දෙමාපියෝ, වතුර බෝතලය රැගෙන එන්න අම්මා හෝ තාත්තා යනාදිය.

A huge shoutout to our very own Demel Sathsara for crushing the G.C.E. Ordinary Level exams while staying fully committed to badminton training!

❇️පරිපුර්ණ ක්‍රීඩකයෙක් ක්‍රීඩිකාවක්විමට අවශ්‍ය පසුබිම මෙලෙස සටහන් කරමි

✅ක්‍රීඩාවේ පළමු පාඩම විනය නම් වේ.

එහිදි ක්‍රීඩක ක්‍රීඩිකාවන්ට මෙන්ම දෙමාපියන්ට ද දරුවාගේ ක්‍රීඩා ජිවිතයේ දී පහත කරුණු ගැන සැලකිමත්විම වඩා වැදගත් වේ.

1. පීඩනයක් නොව සහයෝගයේ මූලාශ්‍රයක්වන්න. ඔබේ දරුවාට ක්‍රීඩාව රස විඳීමට සහ ඔවුන්ගේ උපරිම උත්සාහයදීමට දිරිමත් කරන්න. සෑම තරඟාවලියක්ම හෝ තරඟයක්ම ජයග්‍රහණය ගැන සිතීමෙන් වළකින්න.

2. පුහුණුකරු සහ පුහුණු ක්‍රියාවලිය විශ්වාස කරන්න. පුහුණුකරුවන්ට ඔබේ දරුවාගේ සංවර්ධනයට මඟ පෙන්වීමට ඉඩ දෙන්න. පුහුණු සැලැස්මේ අඛණ්ඩ සහයෝගය සහ විශ්වාසය ක්‍රීඩක ක්‍රීඩිකාවන්ට විශ්වාසයෙන් වර්ධනය වීමට උපකාරී වේ.

3. දිගුකාලීන සංවර්ධනය කෙරෙහි අවධානය යොමු කරන්න. ශ්‍රේෂ්ඨ ක්‍රීඩක ක්‍රීඩිකාවන් සති ගණනාවක් තිස්සේ නොව වසර ගණනාවක් පුරා ගොඩනැගී ඇත. ක්ෂණික ප්‍රතිඵල සහ ශ්‍රේණිගතකිරීම්වලට වඩා කුසලතා සංවර්ධනය, විනය, අන් අයට ගරුකිරිම සහ ඉගෙනීමට ප්‍රමුඛත්වය දෙන්න.

4. ධනාත්මක ගෘහ පරිසරයක් නිර්මාණය කරන්න. නිවස යනු ඔබේ දරුවාට කාර්ය සාධනය නොසලකා සහයෝගය දැනෙන ස්ථානයක් විය යුතුය. බැඩ්මින්ටන් පිටියේදී ඔවුන්ගේ ප්‍රතිඵලවලින් ඔවුන්ගේ අනන්‍යතාවය වෙන් කරන්න.

5. ජයග්‍රහණ සහ පරාජයන් හරහා ඔරොත්තු දීමේ හැකියාව උගන්වන්න. නිහතමානීව ජයග්‍රහණ සමරන්න සහ පරාජයන් ඉගෙනුම් අවස්ථා ලෙස සලකන්න. පසුබෑම සෑම ක්‍රීඩකයෙකුගේම ගමනේ කොටසක් බව ඔබේ දරුවාට තේරුම්ගැනීමට උදව් කරන්න.

6. ස්වාධීනත්වය සහ වගකීම දිරිමත් කරන්න. ඔබේ දරුවාට ඔවුන්ගේ පුහුණුව, උපකරණ, කාලසටහන සහ ඉලක්කවල හිමිකාරිත්වය ලබා ගැනීමට ඉඩ දෙන්න. එමගින් වගකීම විශ්වාසය සහ පරිණතභාවය ගොඩනඟයි.

7. සෞඛ්‍යය, සුවය සහ සමබරතාවයට ප්‍රමුඛත්වය දෙන්න. නිසි පෝෂණය, ගුණාත්මක නින්ද, සජලනය සහ සුවය වැනි සෞඛ්‍ය සම්පන්න පුරුදු සඳහා සහයවන්න.

8. චිත්තවේගීයව ලබාගත හැකිවන්න සමහර විට ක්‍රීඩක ක්‍රීඩිකාවන්ට උපදෙස් වලට වඩා දිරිගැන්වීමක් අවශ්‍ය වේ. විසඳුම් හෝ ප්‍රතිපෝෂණ ලබා දීමට පෙර ඔවුන්ගේ අත්දැකීම් සහ හැඟීම්වලට සවන් දෙන්න.

9. ආදර්ශ ගෞරවය සහ ක්‍රීඩාශීලීත්වය. පුහුණුකරුවන්, නිලධාරීන්, විරුද්ධවාදීන් සහ අනෙකුත් දෙමාපියන් කෙරෙහි ගෞරවය දක්වන්න. දරුවන් බොහෝ විට වැඩිහිටියන්ගෙන් දකින හැසිරීම පිළිබිඹු කරයි.

10. පදක්කම් ඉක්මවා සාර්ථකත්වය මැනීමට නම් සැබෑ සාර්ථකත්වයට චරිතය, විනය, වැඩ ආචාර ධර්ම, අන් අයට ගරුකිරිම, විශ්වාසය සහ පුද්ගලික වර්ධනය ද ඇතුළත් විය යුතුය වේ.
