One of the coolest places we have done our confined water sessions would be the Pool in Nisala Villas. Thank you for giving us access to conduct training in your places. Gorgeous views from on top of a hill overlooking the southern sea.

The Polhena Diving Crew "reluctantly" agreed to take a break from being underwater, so we decided to change our altitude for a weekend!

We headed off to Nuwara Eliya to cool off, trek around and go hunting for lesser known waterfalls.

Now it is time to welcome the Sinhala and Tamil new year and finish our south coast season!

Wishing everybody a happy Monday and don't forget to disconnect from your work, and go off-grid if life becomes too routine!

Managing both underwater and beach cleanups at the same time can be challenging for a small dive team, but the crew managed to squeeze enough resources for a quick pre-planned dive to clean 200+kgs of ghost nets today while overseeing a beach cleanup with 30+ people where they managed to collect most of the trash within a 2km beach stretch.

Hello lovelies,

A slight change of time for this one; please note if you are coming.
Instead of 10 a.m., it will start at 9.00 a.m.

We need to start before the sun catches up and gives you a tan!

Hey hey hey! We confirmed the date and it's on the 25th!

If you are coming, bring a reusable water bottle with you since it's a bit sunny and you gotta stay hydrated! There will be places to refill.

If you are staying for the day the Dive center crew will be organising a BBQ in the evening, so feel free to drop by the DC. Or you can head to the doctor's house for their party!

We'll see you on the 25th 😉
