'I am Farnaz Nawaz certified strength and conditioning coach by Australian strength and conditioning association (ASCA). Lead strength and conditioning coach for Moors sports club and head coach for Zero xcuses warehouse. Helping many athletes including national cricketers like Avishka Fernando, Kusal Mendis, Ramesh Mendis with some top class first class cricketers to improve their athletic perfor

mance and injury prevention. I love to help athletes to get stronger, better & increase their performance using strength and conditioning to be better. I help people among the general populations to correct movements and patterns to move right while catering their requirements to lose/gain weight or get more flexible and healthy.
