This one was special. We had Team Maldives training alongside us.
A lot of hard work went in, and the boys are in the best shape they’ve ever been in. No shortcuts, no excuses.
Big shout-out to Abdul Rahuman for showing up twice a day, morning and evening, to help prepare the fighters.

We are thrilled to announce the schedule for our Muay Thai Kids Class.
Schedule:
🗓 Mon • Wed • Fri
🕔 5:00 PM

These sessions are crafted to raise the standard of youth fitness and discipline. Your child will gain exposure to proper technique and athletic conditioning, building a strong foundation for both sport and life. We believe in creating a supportive space where young warriors can connect, learn, and grow.

Important Update – New Class Schedule
Starting February, our Beginner and Intermediate classes will be merged into one mixed-level class.
Daily Sessions • 8:00–10:00 AM
• 7:00–9:00 PM
This change is designed to raise the overall training standard. Beginners will benefit from greater exposure to intermediate athletes and the fight team, helping accelerate development while building stronger connections across all levels. Vanquish is more than a fight gym; it’s a community.
There will be no changes to the fee structure, and Open Mat will continue every Friday.
