🌈When I started teaching yoga, I wanted to share a philosophy, a gentle practice, breathing techniques, a break from daily life—which can sometimes feel too fast-paced and overwhelming—as well as the sense of well-being I experience during my own practice.
🌈But as time went on, my work took on a different dimension.
I met people who came to yoga classes with reservations, physical limitations, injuries, and at different ages...
🌈What I observed was that these people thought “their bodies” were the problem.
👉But no—it can stem from a particular way of practicing, from poorly adapted instructions, or from a pose that wasn’t really guided for them…
🧡I offer a gentle practice, with adaptations based on each person’s anatomy; I explain what’s happening during each pose and how to approach the movement in the present moment.
🌈We’re all different, and that’s what makes these encounters so enriching.
👉Your body changes depending on your mood, your emotions, your anatomy, your diet, your sleep…
And we need to take this into account and practice according to each person’s individual circumstances.
🧡This is one of the reasons why I limit the number of participants in group classes—so that I can tailor my instructions and my attention to each person, ensuring that you can fully and joyfully participate in the class.
☀️ Take time to return to yourself.
