Gym එකේ muscle build කරගත්තට පස්සේ, ඒ muscles හොඳට පේන්න body fat අඩු කරන phase එක තමයි Cutting.

Cutting කියන්නේ කන්න නැතිව ඉන්න එක නෙවෙයි. ❌

✅ Calories ටිකක් අඩු කරනවා
✅ Protein වැඩියෙන් ගන්නවා
✅ Workout continue කරනවා
✅ Cardio එකක් add කරනවා
✅ Consistent වෙනවා

Gym එකට එන ගොඩක් අයගේ goal එක muscle build කරන එක. ඒකට තමයි Bulking Phase එක වැදගත් වෙන්නේ.

Bulking කියන්නේ ඔබගේ body එක burn කරන calories වලට වඩා ටිකක් වැඩියෙන් calories ලබාගෙන, proper workout, protein intake සහ recovery එක්ක muscle growth එක maximize කරන process එක.

නමුත් bulking කියන්නේ ඕනෑ දෙයක් කාලා බර වැඩි කරගන්න එක නෙවෙයි. ❌

🎯 During a successful bulk:
