‘’BODY BUILDING’’ ක්‍රීඩාවට යොමු වීම ගැන බොහෝ දේ පැවසීමට ඇතත් කෙටියෙන් යමක් පවසමි.කෙටි කලකින් උත්සාහයෙන් කැප වීමෙන් ලද ජයග්‍රහණය ‘’ලෝක කුසලානයක්’’ නොවුනද නවකයන්ට ගත යුත්තක් ඇති බව සිතා අත්දැකීමක් සටහන් කිරීමට සිතමි.

මගේ ආදරණීය අම්මා.. බිරිඳගේ අම්මා,තාත්තා..මගේ සියලු සහෝදර සහෝදරියන් ඇතුළු පව්ලේ සියලු දෙනාට ස්තුති වන්ත වෙමි ශක්තිය ධෛර්යය ලබාදුන්නට හදවතින්ම..
මාස හතරක් තුල අප්‍රමාණ ධෙර්යයකින් ලද ජයගරණයට පාර කියාදුන් විශේෂ පුද්ගලයා මගේ කෝච් ගැන බොහෝ උසස් හැගීමක් මා තුල ඇත...
‘’වැල්ලේ අයියා ..BODY FRAIM එක මරු ඔයාගේ..මොකද කියන්නේ..MEET එකක් කරමුද...?’’කියල රොෂාන් මල්ලි අහද්දී මන් කිව්වා ‘’මේ කිලෝ 93 ක ඇඟයි ලොකු බඩයි එක්ක මොන MEET ද මල්ලි’’ කියලා.
‘’බය වෙන්න එපා වැල්ලේ අය්යා මන් ඉන්නවනේ .. ඔයාව හදලා දෙන්නම්..’’

FITNESS පැත්ත ගැන දැනගන හිටියට ‘’BODY BUILDING’’ පිලිබඳ සියලු දේ ඉගෙන ගත්තේ ඔයාගෙන් මල්ලි,..අපගේ BODY FORCE FITNESS ආයතනයේ ප්‍රධාන පුහුණුකරුවකු වන ඔහුගේ අවංක බව..නිහතමානී බව තුලින් මාව ගොඩ නගන ගමන් ඔහුද ගොඩ නැගෙමින් සමස්ත තරගාවලියේ ජයග්‍රහණය ලබාගැනීම අප ලද මහත් ආඩම්බරයක්...රොෂාන් මල්ලී ට ජය පිට ජය පතමි ඉමහත් සතුටින්..
ඒ වගේම මා සමග නිරන්තරයෙන් සිටි BODY FORCE FITNESS GYM හි සියලු සාමාජිකයන්ට මගේ හද පිරි ස්තුතිය..
පුෂ්පානි තේනුවර(ශෙනි) මගේ බිරිඳ ගැන මතක් නොකර කොහොමද...?මගේ පස්සෙන්ම ඉදන් මාව දිරිමත් කරමින් අවශ්‍ය හැම දේම කරමින්..බොහෝ කැප කිරීම් කරමින් මහන්සි වුනා.මේ ක්‍රීඩාව කරන කෙනෙක් තමා දන්නේ යන වියදම හා කරන්න ඕන කැප කිරීම..LOVE YOU AND THANK YOU හැම දේකටම. .
දැන් මගේ බර කිලෝ 71යි. ඩිලාන් මෙන්ඩිස් මල්ලි ඔයාට ගොඩක් ස්තුති.හොද Diet Plane එකක් මට දුන්නට.
‘’ශ්‍රී ලංකා කාය වර්ධන හා යෝග්‍යතා සම්මේලන’’ ගරු උප සභාපති ‘’මධ්‍යම පළාත් කාය වර්ධන හා යෝග්‍යතා සම්මේලනයේ’’ ගරු සභාපති, ‘’ආර්.එම් බණ්ඩාර මහතා’’ නිරන්තරයෙන් මා දිරිමත් කළා...ගොඩක් ස්තුති ඔබට.
ස්තුති කරන්න ගොඩක් අය ඉන්නවා..ඉඩ මදි වෙයි නම් ලිස්ට් එකට.ඒ නිසා ඒ සියලු දෙනාට ස්තුතියි..
