කරාතේ තුළ විශේෂයෙන්ම Kata සඳහා ස්ථාවරත්වය ඉතා වැදගත් අංගයකි. ශක්තිමත් සහ ස්ථාවර Dachi එකක් මඟින් සමබරතාවය, බලය, පාලනය, වේගය සහ සමස්ත තාක්ෂණික ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වය වැඩි දියුණු කරයි.

අද පුහුණුවේ ප්‍රධාන අවධානය යොමු කළේ ශක්තිමත් Dachi ගොඩනැගීම, ශරීර පාලනය වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම සහ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් අතරතුර උපරිම ස්ථාවරත්වය පවත්වා ගැනීම පිළිබඳවයි.

Stability is one of the most important parts of Karate, especially in Kata. A strong and stable Dachi improves balance, power generation, control, speed, and overall technique ex*****on. 🥋

Today’s training focused on building stronger stances, improving body control, and maintaining maximum stability throughout movement and techniques.
