Kitesurfing Lanka (KSL) is a rustic piece of paradise in Kalpitiya. The chilled, rustic and charming property overlooks the Indian Ocean where one can kite, dive, see dolphin, whale and even luminescent plankton! Our philosophy is simple - create an authentic, friendly community experience that focuses on sustainability and healthy lifestyle. We have secluded beaches and locality is very friendly.

We strive to ensure that our presence positively impacts both community and nature. You will be able to witness firsthand a number of our initiatives from upcycling ocean waste, restoring mangroves and even upcycled art! We are a leader on TripAdvisor and we have accommodation that range from backpacker style glamping tents to luxury bungalows and villas. Our guest love the great food - a mix of both local and western cuisine as well as our well stocked bar. In terms of activities we have it all -Kitesurfing Lesson and Rentals, Kite Trips, Kite Repair and Kite Shop. We can help organize sightseeing trips and have or you can also indulge in a massage, yoga class or explore the lagoon by kayak, SUP or bicycle. 💰 Fees: $329 USD (IKO online fee) + $800 USD (KSL Center fee).
