​MDS Badminton Academy is looking for a passionate, high-energy Badminton Coach to join our team and elevate our players on the court.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
​Conduct structured group and individual training sessions.
​Train correct foundational mechanics.
​Train players in tactical gameplay
​Monitor player progress.

Requirements & Qualifications:
​Former competitive player (School or National level) or certified coach.(SLB level 1 or above)
​Deep understanding of modern badminton drills, fitness conditioning, and training principles.
​Excellent leadership and communication skills.
