Boot Camp Colombo offers a workout program that encompasses all aspects of fitness: strength training, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, plyometrics and balance. We work out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 6:30-7:30am, at the Royal College Sports Complex, Colombo 7, plus one bonus day a month at Mount Lavinia Beach. Monthly fee Rs. 5000/-

e all his life, Renouk played tennis at the NCAA Division I college level as well as at the Davis Cup and national level in Sri Lanka. After his tennis career, Renouk coached tennis in Los Angeles, CA. He has worked with the Men's Tennis team at Loyola Marymount University (a NCAA Division I team) and the well renowned Weil Tennis Academy where he coached tennis and assisted with the physical fitness program of some of the top junior tennis players in the US. During his stint in Southern California, Renouk used to work out with Tony Horton (Designer of P90X, and P90X2), Chuck Ga***rd (4 time NCAA All American gymnast) and author of "Working Out Without Weights") on the sandy muscle beach of Santa Monica. In Sydney, Australia, Renouk worked with Gabriel Mendez - former Australian National Football player (1996-2001).
