We are incredibly proud to congratulate Rumesh Wijetunge, PCC 🎉
Today marks something special — Rumesh becomes the 20th PCC we have produced in Sri Lanka through CoachMasters Academy and Smart Quest.
Twenty credentials. Twenty journeys. Twenty people who decided to go further than most — every single one of them did.
For us, this is not just a number. It is twenty professionals across Sri Lanka who have gone through the rigour of the PCC standard through CoachMasters Academy and Smart Quest. Twenty people who started with a first step and didn’t stop.
Rumesh is the twentieth. We could not be more proud.
The PCC is not a course you complete. It is a standard you reach — through 500+ hours of real coaching practice, a rigorous ICF performance evaluation, and a level of mastery that takes genuine commitment to build.
Here is how Rumesh describes what this journey changed in him:
“The journey to achieving my PCC has been both enlightening and deeply rewarding. It has transformed my coaching practice, shifting my focus toward truly partnering with clients and creating a safe, comfortable space for open vulnerability. My instinct was always to advise or solve problems quickly. This journey taught me to embrace deep curiosity, step back from the need to ‘fix,’ and trust the client’s own thinking. By listening to understand the whole person, I now let clarity emerge naturally from them — and that is what has deeply shifted in me as a PCC certified coach.”
