Today, the Secretary-General of the Colombo Plan met with Thushara Rodrigo, Executive Director of the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute (LKI) and Director General of International Security Cooperation and Public Diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to discuss collaborative initiatives, including contributions to the LKI online magazine and future joint programmes.
