Despite the absence of several key players, the Surrey team rose to the challenge to secure a spectacular win against MCA in their 3rd match! 💥 Captain Lithum Sandira stepped up brilliantly to lead the side to a clinical victory.

Match Summary:

🔹 Bowling Department: (MCA restricted to 134/6)
• 🎯 Savindu Perera: The star of the show! Ripped through the MCA batting line-up with a deadly spell of 4 wickets for just 21 runs in 6 overs.
• 📉 Lithum Sandira (C): Led from the front with a tight spell of 1/18 (6 overs).
• 📉 Senuk Rathnayaka: Our premier leg-spinner claimed 1 wicket for 35 runs (6 overs).
• Solid opening spells by Pawan Sewmina and Nethan De Silva set the tone early on!

Surrey Cricket Academy won the toss and elected to bowl first. Our bowlers did a fantastic job by bowling out CR Cricket Academy for just 143 runs.

• Pawan Sewmina: 3 Overs | 10 Runs ✅
• Senuth Perera (C): 3 Wickets for 38 (5.3 Overs)
• Senuk Rathnayaka: 2 Wickets for 17 (6.0 Overs)
• Lithum Sandira: 1 Wicket for 23 (4.0 Overs)
