Colombo Football Club The Colombo Football Club is a club that promotes football at a professional level.

The Colombo Football Club was founded in 2008 under the mentorship of Patron Hanif Yusoof and President of the club and director of Expo Lanka group of companies, Saif Yusoof. The club started off with two teams of 15 players each and the first practice sessions took place at Campbell Park. The club was accepted as a member of the Colombo Football League in July 2008 and thereafter participated in

the tournaments organized by the League. Colombo Football Club won its first trophy on 25th April 2010 at the Silver Cup tournament. As of now Colombo FC participates in – City League tournaments, tournaments organized by the FFSL (Football Federation of Sri Lanka) and invitation tournaments.
