Today we joyfully concluded our 250th yoga asana sessions at the Buddhist Cultural Center. This journey has been filled with dedication, mindfulness, and community spirit.

• 175 participants have joined us so far
• 4 practitioners have completed more than 100 sessions
• 8 practitioners have crossed 50 sessions
• 13 practitioners have completed more than 25 sessions

Today marks a truly special milestone as I concluded my 150th free Yoga session in Kandy, and it beautifully coincided with both World Yoga Day and Father’s Day.

Grateful for the journey, the community, and the energy that Yoga continues to bring into our lives.

Today I had the pleasure and privilege conducting my 2nd Yoga Asana session for my school teachers. With immense gratitude in my heart, it felt truly special to give back in this way.

Yoga is not just about poses, but about connection, respect, and gratitude and today’s practice was a beautiful reminder of that.

Forever thankful for the guidance and inspiration my teachers have given me.
