I am honored to announce that I have won 3rd place in Men’s Lightweight Bodybuilding and secured 3rd place in Open Men’s Physique at the Muscle Mayhem International Competition held in California,USA. This event is a testament to truly natural bodybuilding, where competitors undergo rigorous testing including urine, polygraph, and blood tests to ensure integrity.

As a proud natural athlete, I believe that natural bodybuilding will become a major trend for future generations. Special thanks to Bob Bell and Tina Smith Bob Bell Tina Smith , founders of the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF), for their dedication and support in promoting this incredible sport.
