Fundementals is key. In boxing it is keeping your hands up, chin down, eyes on your opponent and feet balanced. Its only this young ruggerite's second boxing session! A baby Iron Mike! I love the progress he is making that will certainly add new dimensions to his game in his improved reflexes, quick thinking, agility, explosiveness and overall versatility.

Fundementals is always key. In boxing it is keepig your hands up, chin down, eyes on your opponent and feet balanced. Moving forward the front foot moves first, moving backwards vice versa. I love the progress this young ruggerite is making. Only his second session! Boxing will add new dimensions to his position of fly half in terms of reflexes, quick thinking, explosiveness, agility and overall versatility. If he can pull out combos and anticipate the punches he can react faster to life on the field.
