The music is back. The stillness is back. The ritual is back.

After a little pause, Yin & Sound returns to the schedule with Nader & Serah. A practice where long-held Yin postures meet the healing vibrations of handpan, singing bowls, koshi chimes, rain sticks, and other live instruments, creating a space to soften, release, and truly slow down.

Our Serah is back

After months away between retreats, trainings, learning and teaching, Serah is officially back on the Ohana schedule.
She returns with new energy, new wisdom, and so much inspiration that she’s ready to bring into the practice and share with you on the mat.

From strong and creative OM Vinyasa flows to Functional Mobility and the slower depth of Yin & Sound with Nader Diab, you can now practice with Serah throughout the week across both Ohana Beirut and Ohana Matn.

We’ve missed her energy in our spaces, and we know many of you have too. Welcome back, Serah. We’ll see you on the mat.
