Five minutes. That is the whole ask.

The September Challenge at Uruz:
🔹 5 Pull-ups
🔹 10 Push-ups
🔹 15 Squats
⏱️ As many rounds as you can in 5 minutes

It is the classic Cindy workout, cut down from 20 minutes so you have no excuse. Sounds easy on paper. Round three says otherwise.
