النهاردة بداية منتخب مصر في بطولة أفريقيا
فسألنا الذكاء الصناعي ايه هو افضل تشكيل لمنتخب مصر فاقترح لنا التشكيل الأول. كان غريب جداً انه ما حطش عمر مرموش أساسي في التشكيل و يحطه احتياطي لمصطفى محمد.
لكن احنا كان لينا رأي تاني . لو لعبنا بمحمد صلاح و مرموش اجنحة هيحتاجوا ٣-٤ مدافعين علشان يوقفوهم. لو هم سحبوا المدافعين دول لتحت و جروا تريزيجيه و زيزو من تحت . دفاع أي فرقة هنلاعبها هيبقى شوارع.
تفتكروا ايه التشكيل الأنسب الي يلعب بيه منتخب #مصر ؟

4- Should have Mohamed Salah kept quiet?
When Salah made his famous TV interview. He came across as arrogant, selfish, and not a team player. Was this a sacrifice he was willing to make to have his issue with Liverpool resolved?
May be. Salah loves playing chess so he might have known what he was giving up.
That’s not the question
The question is did he consume all other internal routes and options before going live!
Had he done that, would you blame him?
If he hadn’t we all would agree that he should have gone with his complaint up to the top management first. But if he did then Liverpool need to develop a better mechanism for settling things within the team before they went public.

We would have loved to present our professional assistance in sports Psychology and team building to Liverpool in their dire times, but we are sure that they can amass a host of consultants who are much better and costlier than we are.
We wish them the best and a quick resolution to the situation.

3- Is somebody trying to throw Mohamed Salah under the bus?

Mohamed Salah had his contract renewed last year for two more years. The only reason that made Liverpool’s management succumb to Salah’s will and terms was the level he was performing with! It would have been impossible for them not to renew his contract whilst he performed as he did. Now is it for seen that in two years they will give him an extension on his contract. He will be 35 years old by then and giving him a contract till the age of 37 is iffy. So it would be at the best interest of the club to sell him next summer before his new contract matures and he becomes a free agent. Especially when it seems that Slot is currently rebuilding the team to suit his vision and management style as opposed to The last year where he had to suit his strategy to Klopp’s team.
So if Salah hits a performance bump it is very suitable to just throw him under the bus. It’s just good management. Of course we at Spartans Academy believe that good management is no excuse for poor leadership. Therefore we think that this is not the proper move to be made by Liverpool’s management.
