Our PTs are Internationally certified by the IFPA and can devise a customized fitness routine, sometimes including a nutrition plan, to help clients achieve their goals. Group Exercise Classes
The classes we choose are conducted b
y certified fitness instructors. These include classes based on aerobics, boxing or martial arts, high intensity training, step, regular yoga, pilates, and muscle training. Cardio Area
This area includes many types of cardiovascular training-related equipment such as stationary exercise bikes, elliptical trainers and treadmills. Diet Clinic Center
Our registered dietitian follows up with members regularly to check on their body composition to ensure progress throughout their diet and fitness program.
