Training "Abs" is useless, especially the way most people execute the various "leg raise" varieties crushing their inherent tight hip-flexors, hardly activating 10% of their re**us abdominis๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Throw back to my early stages of fitness
Although my training form and diet were extreme, unhealthy and non-sustainable, i managed to bulk and cut
Stage 1: Bulking to 83 kg using mainly heavy compounds movements and eating everything in sight
Stage 2: Cutting to 68 kg using mainly heavy compounds movements and eating as low as 1200 kcal
My training was exactly the same in both stages while the only difference was my diet
Any form of diet can never be sustained, not to mention that contemporary diets like Keto, Atkins, Paleo, low-fat ... All restrict some sort of essential vitamins and nutrients required for healthy living
Choosing your sustainable nutrition using your favorite foods according to your life style, goals and training while tracking your macros is the only proven healthy effective diet
Most people in their early 20's will get away with heavy training and bad form, but your joints will hit back out of now where in your mid-30's.

Me: Dude my first meal is more than "1000 kcal" of nothing but healthy carbs and fats and my body fat is not even less than 12%๐Ÿ˜‚.

NB:Most of my nutrition is healthy๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿค๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿฅฃ๐Ÿ›but it also includes a not bad amount of pizza, burgers,chips and alcohol ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿฅž๐Ÿฅƒ

-Your problem is that you don't know what and how much you eat, and what and how much is required for your caloric expenditure and lifestyle.

-You can still eat healthy and gain weight as much as you can eat fast foods and lose weight.
