ATCL Aquathlon Challenge & Open Water Race The ATCL is organizing its 5th Aquathlon Challenge on Sunday 21 October 2018 and is aiming at gathering a big number of fans and supporters.

For the 3rd consecutive year, the ATCL is willing to organize its Aquathlon Challenge and is aiming at gathering a big number of fans and supporters. The objective of the Club is to expand this year’s event where high level athletes and amateurs will meet and compete: this year and with the support of Aquamarina II and Jounieh Municipality, seniors swimmers will cross the Jounieh Bay from ATCL to Aquamarina and then come back running on the roads that will be closed and secured by the Municipality and the Interior Security Forces.

2 categories are scheduled (Men & Women):
Juniors (18 & under) will have to swim 400m
and then run 2.5km inside the Club. Seniors 19+ will swim 3.3km (ATCL to Aquamarina) and run 10km back to the Club. Juniors’ race is for individual only while Seniors can chose to compete in a relay format. Winners will get valuable prizes and cash money.
