The 2019 Lebanon Rugby Championship kicks off this Saturday with a repeat of last year's final where the current champions, Jamhour Black Lions Rugby Union Club will host the Beirut Phoenicians RFC in a much anticipated opening fixture at the College Notre Dame De Jamhour.
