في عادة بسيطة فيك تضيفها لنهارك وبتغيّر طاقتك بشكل كبير: المشي خلال النهار 🚶‍♂️
الفكرة إنك تتحرّك أكتر خلال يومك وتستغل الفرص الصغيرة.

* صفّ سيارتك أبعد شوي وامشي
* إذا عندك مشوار قريب، روح مشي بدل السيارة
* تحرّك وانت عم تحكي عالتليفون
* استغل وقت الـ break وامشي 5 دقايق
* جرّب توقف وتتمشّى شوي بين القعدات الطويلة
* استعمل الدرج بدل الأسانسير وقت تقدر
* وبعد الأكل، اعمل 10 دقايق مشي (بتعمل فرق كبير)

💡 الفكرة مش إنك تلاقي وقت إضافي… الفكرة إنك تخلق حركة أكتر خلال نهارك.

It's about moving more and using small opportunities throughout your day.

* Park a bit farther and walk
* Choose walking for short trips instead of driving
* Move while you’re on phone calls
* Take a 5-minute walk during your break
* Stand up and walk between long sitting periods
* Use the stairs whenever you can
* After meals, take a 10-minute walk (it makes a big difference)

Fit TIP👌🏻: Lat pull down - Wide grip

An essential back exercise :

- Place hands widen than your shoulders.
- Sit down and fix your legs to the ground.
- Straighten your back.
- Lean slightly back and fix a point in front of you.

In that position, bring the bar down near your mouth and then get back to your starting point or position.

Try to keep this position during the whole exercise.

Fit TIP👌🏻: Dumbbell chest press

When arms are down you should focus on 4 points:

- Elbows and shoulders should be in a straight line
- Biceps and forearm should form a 90° angle
- Wrist should form a straight line with the forearm
- dumbbells should be near/on the chest area

Push upwards forming a triangle and then repeat the exercise.
