Your sleep quality determines how much growth hormone your body releases overnight. Your nutrition determines whether your muscles have the raw material to repair. Your stress levels determine whether your nervous system can actually shift from breakdown mode into rebuilding mode.
These are not lifestyle factors that exist separately from your training.
They are your training. The session is just the stimulus. Everything outside it is where the result is built.
If outside is broken β the session produces nothing worth keeping.
