في الحياة نتعلم أولا عبر السمع و الإنصات، ثم نتعلم الكلام والتحدث، لننقل بعدها فنتعلم القراءة، ثم الكتابة بعد ذلك.
أما عند التطبيق فنجد أن المناهج التعليمية تركز على تعليم الكتابة أولا، والقراءة ثانيا، والتكلم والإلقاء ثالثا، أما السمع و الإنصات فقلما يتعلمه المرء أكاديميا، لذا نجد بأننا نفقد الكثير من مهارات التواصل. تعلم يا صديقي كيف تنصت وسوف تكتشف روائع لطالما فاتتك.
