Karate (Kyokushin Kai) Kyokushin Kai is the strongest karate !!! Karate school with coach Sarkis. Students are taught the basic techniques of karate in a fun and active environment.

Kyokushin is a traditional Japanese martial art founded by Masutatsu Oyama, a person widely renowned as one of the most powerful martial artists in history. Through the teachings of Sosai Oyama, Kyokushin students develop strong physical and mental abilities through basic, self defense, and kumite (fighting) training that enable them to protect themselves and the people they care about. Activities

are designed to encourage balance, flexibility, hand-eye co-ordination, concentration and confidence. Parents/caregivers are welcome to stay while the class is running to watch and support their children in this active environment. Join NOW !!!
