Casein and Fat Loss
casein is a very slow digesting protien which actually promotes fat loss in a human body. due to its characteristics fat loss is acheived in more than one way. Casein has very low calories as a food item and is almost fat free, so so there is no chance of accumelating fat from casein. another characteristic is that Casein is so slow to digest that it forces the body to spend more and more calories trying to digest it hense it is thermogenic, and it improves the over all body metabolism over time. An additional and very important characteristic is that Casein acts as an appetite supresant, because it is very slow to digest and takes up to 8 hours, it literally helps keep feeling full for hours at a time, thus decreasing significantly your food cravings, especially for sugat rich foods and junk foods.
So if you are working out and having time losing weight, or simply want to acheive a better cutting effect, consider using casein as a regular component in your diet.

CLA: (conjugated linoleic acid)
CLA reduces body fat by increasing basal metabolic rates. In other words, it helps the body convert food more efficiently into energy. CLA doesn’t decrease overall body weight; rather, “it keeps a little fat cell from getting bigger.” This can alter the body’s fat-to-muscle ratio. In one study, researchers found that those who stopped dieting and did not take CLA eventually put weight back on in a typical manner – about 75 percent fat to 25 percent muscle. Participants who stopped dieting, but kept taking CLA, also gained weight, but at a 50-50 fat-to-muscle ratio.
CLA is complimentary to fat burners and together gives much better results than when consumed separately.

Folic Acid and Muscle Building
Folic acid helps in forming DNA. Proteins supply the building blocks you need to build body mass, but without folic acid, your body cannot access many of these amino-acid building blocks. As a B vitamin, folic acid is indispensable in many enzyme systems that your body needs to build the much-needed proteins. Though not an enzyme itself, folic acid supports enzymes in their work, a role referred to in medical parlance as a coenzyme. This explains why folic acid is popular among bodybuilders.
Folic acid works with vitamin B-12 to form hemoglobin in blood, then it helps your body to build new cells from amino acid building blocks. Were it to form body mass alone, you could become a lazy mass of muscle. However, by helping to form hemoglobin, folic acid gives you increased oxygen carrying power, which is indispensable for optimum performance. This dual role makes folic acid an important part of the bodybuilding process.
Folic acid is found naturally in some foods, including leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, beans (legumes), and whole grains, Spinach, Broccoli, Papaya, Oranges, Grapefruit, Strawberries, Raspberries.
Beans of all types, Avocado, Seeds and nuts.

Recovery
Rest 24 hours between working on a specific body part and doing it again. When you work a muscle, you do a little damage to it. It takes time for your body to repair it, while also making it slightly stronger. In other words, resting is when your muscles actually grow. (And resting means not only resting those muscles, but getting enough sleep.

Branched chain amino acids, or BCAAs,
Include the three amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine. These amino acids are found in dietary protein, such as meat or eggs, or bought as FREE FORM BCAA’s. Branched chain amino acids are most commonly used for their role in building muscle, improving exercise performance and decreasing post-exercise soreness and recovery time.

Reduce Soreness and Promote Recovery
For those who wish to decrease their recovery time and soreness after endurance exercise, such as running or cycling or Intense weight lifting, BCAAs may provide the answer. Studies showed that BCAA supplementation can cut down on muscle damage related to endurance exercise, also BCAA supplementation could promote muscle recovery while helping regulate the immune system. This may be particularly helpful in avoiding illness, as immune function can be weakened after intense or prolonged exercise.

Increase Exercise Performance
Research shows that branched chain amino acids can improve exercise performance by both increasing the resistance to fatigue as well as sparing muscle glycogen, or energy stored in muscles. A 2011 study published in the “Journal of Sports Medicine Physical Fitness” found that the branched chain amino acid supplements provided superior resistance to fatigue when compared to a placebo, in addition to increased fat burning. A 1996 paper published in “Nutrition” noted that an increased supply of branched chain amino acids during exercise helped preserve stored muscle energy.

Build Muscle
It appears that branched chain amino acids may have an anabolic effect on the body, which makes them particularly useful for those interested in increasing muscle size and strength. A 2006 paper published in “The Journal of Nutrition” noted that branched chain amino acids trigger important enzymes in protein synthesis, post-exercise. The paper also notes that, for muscle building purposes, leucine may be the most important of the three branched chain amino acids. BCAAs provide an anabolic effect by increasing the rate of protein synthesis – or muscle building – while decreasing the rate of protein degradation, or muscle breakdown.
performance-enhancing properties of branched chain amino acids. Protein powder supplements are also rich sources of branched chain amino acids, containing approximately 5 grams of BCAAs per 25 grams. The most beneficial time to supplement branched chain amino acids may be before, during and after exercise.

FREE Form BCAA’s are faster to absorb by muscles. And reduce muscle break down after exercise, especially if consumed alongside with glutamine.

L-Glutamine
L-Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid produced in the body. It is the most common amino acid found in muscles, making up 61% of your skeletal tissue. It isn’t considered one the “essential” amino acids, but it becomes essential in times of intense athletic training or intense exercise, research has shown that after intense training Glutamine levels can drop below 50% normal levels causing the muscles to break down, and cause fatigue. Free Form Glutamine products are very important to counter this effect.
Benefits:
Helping Muscle Growth
* It increases protein synthesis.
* It strengthens the immune system following workouts.
* It increases growth hormone secretion.
* It helps to replenish post-workout glycogen levels.

Cell Hydration
By assisting cell hydration, cell volume is enhanced thereby reducing recovery time from sporting activity, injury and wounds. Muscle damage caused by intense workout or injury is repaired more effectively where the cell volume and hydration levels are aided by this very important amino acid.
Metabolism and Growth
Supplementing our intake with l-glutamine can massively increase levels of naturally occurring Human Growth Hormone (HGH). Metabolism is accelerated due to increased levels of HGH which allows the more efficient digesting & processing of foods and enhancing the efficient metabolism of fats. This leads to an improvement in fat reduction and the building of lean muscle.
In addition to the above, L-Glutamine, helps weight management by reducing sugar and alcohol craving.
