🍔 Healthy Burger – Ingredients (per 1 serving)

For the Patty
• Lean ground beef (90–95% lean): 120–150 g
• Salt: 1 g (a pinch)
• Black pepper: 1 g
• Garlic powder: 1 g
• Paprika: 1–2 g
• Olive oil (to grill): 5 ml (1 tsp)

For the Bun & Fillings
• White burger bun: 1 piece (approx. 60 g)
• Lettuce leaves: 15 g
• Tomato slices: 40 g
• Pickles: 20 g
• Onion slices (optional): 10–15 g
• Light cheddar slice or low-fat cheese: 20 g
• Light mayo or Greek yogurt sauce: 10–15 g
