Sensei Fitness CLUB SENSEI is a professional fitness club based in Beirut, specialized in self-defense teaching and personal fitness training.

The club contains a Karate Academy managed by highly qualified trainers experienced in preparing Champions who can compete locally and globally. It also includes a fully equipped gym to support the physical buildup preparation of its members. The mission of SENSEI is to build stronger young generation both mentally and physically, by teaching them important techniques and advanced skills that are needed today to enhance their capabilities, elevate self-confidence, and prepare them to be smarter and more productive in their societies. SENSEI is a perfect place to destress from the daily loads of work or study and detox from the negative impacts of the fast and busy lifestyles. It is also the ideal conventional training center for your child to disconnect from social media or video games and to build his character.
