OCD can look different from one person to another.
It’s not simply about being organized, clean, or overthinking. For some, it can mean constant checking. For others, intrusive thoughts, fears of contamination, doubts about relationships, or a strong need for symmetry and certainty.
What matters is understanding that these thoughts and behaviors can cause real distress and interfere with everyday life.
OCD is treatable, and asking for help is a step toward feeling more in control.
Understanding what you’re experiencing is the first step. 🤍
