We understand a lot of things can distract us from our own body, that's why we strongly suggest for those who are going through all these things to create a home-based gym.
We are not saying a whole gym.You can even start just by creating a space for your workouts, just a blank space dedicated for you to focus on your exercises.
Why? First of all, you can work out using just your bodyweight. Second of all just like having your desk to work/study (which puts you in the mood to work/study on your projects) you need a space which does the same for your workouts AT YOUR HOME.
Gyms are great, but how many times have we paid money on subscriptions we didn't even use. Its great to mix things up, because we all know sometimes, we can be short on time, motivation, even maybe not in the mood which leads us to not go to the gym.
What if there is a small space at your house, this little corner CALLING OUT to you every day saying "forgetting something?"
Dedicating a space can have a huge impact on your life and physical health by:

>calling out to you daily
>being their when you miss the gym
>reminding that your body is your duty just like any other
