Our mission is to share the love of scuba diving to everyone, in a professional and safe way, and aiming to make a difference in the scuba diving community in Lebanon. As a NAUI Platinium Dive Center, SDLL provides all levels of scuba diving courses from Junior Scuba Diver to Leadership, organizes fun dives and local dive trips for certified Divers, and Discover Scuba Diving sessions for those who want to experience the feeling of scuba. All our activities are provided and conducted by certified active Instructor/s and Divemaster/s.

Think you know what a “regulator” is? 🤿
Here’s a detail many divers get wrong:
Your regulator is technically made up of the 1st stage + 2nd stage.
The octopus, SPG, hoses, etc. are additional components/accessories—not the regulator itself.
Knowing the correct terminology matters, especially when discussing equipment, servicing, or troubleshooting.

⛰️ بعد كل غطسة عميقة، متل ما بننطر للرحلات الجوية، لازم ننتبه من الطلوع على المرتفعات!
لما نغطس، جسمنا بيمتصّ نيتروجين تحت الضغط. إذا طلعنا فوراً على الجبل، الضغط الجوي بيخفّ بسرعة، وهالشي ممكن يخلّي النيتروجين يكوّن فقاعات بدمنا (DCS).
⏱️ الأمان أولاً: دايماً اترك وقت كافي للراحة على مستوى البحر بعد الغوص قبل ما تطلع على الجبل!

Having trouble getting the air out of your BCD underwater?

Here’s a simple tip: your body position matters. 🌊

Air moves to the highest point of your BCD, so position yourself correctly and use the appropriate deflate valve to release it smoothly. 💨⬇️
