The Cayman Islands Yacht Club is setting a new standard in marine excellence in Cayman. The original marina facilities were badly damaged during Hurricane Ivan in 2004 and the property was left in a state of disrepair. In 2012 local development company Dart Real Estate, owned by Ken Dart, began comprehensive refurbishment of the property. As part of Dart’s commitment to sustainable design and practices, the new facility boasts floating pontoons and Seaflex moorings that ensure minimal impact on the surrounding marine environment. The world-class amenities and team of marina professionals at the Cayman Islands Yacht Club are putting the Cayman Islands on the nautical map. THE MARINA
