Our deepest condolences go out to Dominic's family, teammates, and friends. Terrible news about a wonderful young person. We're so sorry for the loss that many are experiencing so deeply at this time and for years to come.

On behalf of the College Rugby Association of America, we extend our deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of Dominic Peterson, and to the entire Saint Mary’s College and Saint Mary’s Rugby communities.

The loss of a young man and teammate in circumstances like these is difficult to comprehend. Our thoughts are especially with Dominic’s teammates, coaches, classmates, and everyone who was with him on Friday.

Rugby has always been more than a game. The bonds formed within a team are profound, and when one member of that family is lost, the impact is felt throughout the wider rugby community.

We mourn with Saint Mary’s, and we hold Dominic’s family, teammates, coaches, and friends in our thoughts during an unimaginably difficult time.
