We had a great time last week at our Lunch & Learn, with Chef Dean Max demonstrating how to prep Chia Puddings and Overnight Oats as an easy and healthy breakfast option. We spoke on ways to switch up the ingredients and maintain high protein intake with every serving. 💪🏽

If you’d like to try one of our new sample classes, but these times are not favorable, please reach out! Sue and Gen will be available to set up sessions for you and your co-workers during our holiday hours. 🤩
