Thursday therapy session Cali Park/Indigo 7 Mile Public Beach, 5:30PM Free - hit pads, raise heart rate, touch grass, relive stress, improve balance and coordination and make new friends along the way.

All levels welcome. Bring handwraps and/or gloves if you have them, water bottle, and towel for the post workout, team cooldown in the ocean.

Hi Team. We'll be training tonight at 630. Meet at the picnic table in the middle of the track by 6:25. Come down early if you want to get some laps in beforehand. Cheers.

Hi All,

On keeping up with the restrictions on the CI Government our activities will be non-contact only. Classes will go ahead tonight and Thursday at 630, where we'll meet by the picnic table in the middle of the track.

Hi All. So apparently it's the track at George Hicks not John Gray... My bad. See photo for meeting point and where to find us if you arrive late. The courts are first come first serve so we will be somewhere in the courts area. Also please wear running shoes and lace them up tight. You can park on either side or the track. See you soon. 630PM MT.

Hi TEAM. Going to switch up the schedule for Wed/Thurs. We'll go from 630 to 745 and incorporate some of the FIGHT FIT exercises into the MT warm up.

There's people all over the track doing various exercises and sports so it's a good vibe.

Hope to see some familiar faces tomorrow.
