I’ve always found it difficult to give anything less than my best shot, (not always a positive trait 🤣), but I’ve learned through experience to put my time and energy into the things that elevate and/or enrich me. That’s why my commitment to being the best I can be through fitness was one of the best (if not the best) decisions I made for myself and my life as a whole. It elevated and enriched EVERYTHING 💪🏼🙏
But it’s a choice that never stops challenging me. It’s a choice that needs to backed by consistent action taken on a daily basis to maintain what I have achieved so far and push for more, because improvement through learning and implementation never ends. I’ve learned that it’s okay to be grateful and be hungry for more at the same time. 🤓
In fact, our levels of physical fitness represent exactly what we are willing to invest in ourselves. My results are a direct reflection of the choices I make on a daily basis to eat well, train correctly, rest and recover and, just as importantly, surround myself with people who support me and want me to succeed as much as I do. 💕
I have no time or room to be complacent or lack humility. I’m aware that each day inside my physical body is a blessing. I take responsibility for what I achieve and hold myself accountable for what needs improvement. ☺️
As long as I am giving my best (whatever that is in the moment), my fitness will give me its best in return, which makes it a win-win investment that is worthy of EVERY drop of time, energy and sacrifice. 💯
It’s my dream that everyone creates this win-win relationship with their fitness to experience how amazing the human body is designed to feel 🙏🙏
