We had a fun talk with about being a Brand ambassador and also about Gorilla Day on July 24 2021 - SIGN UP by this coming Friday, July 23 2021 at our front desk!

GORILLA DAY

5th event

Teams will have 10 MINUTES to run 1 mile (400m each person). Once the run is finished, the team (one person at a time) will have to do burpees in the remaining time.

Fun Leg workout involves large muscles which will help lose weight fast!

4th Event: BURNER

Each team will be split in 2 groups:
Group 1 - 2 people will start with a WALL SIT, with the max time of 3 minutes hold and go straight to 100 SQUAT JUMPS for time.

Group 2 - 2 people will start with 50 DUMBBELL BOX STEP UP, straight into 100 SPLIT LUNGES for time

Complete a 100 meters tire flip.
The flipping partners can be exchanged as the team pleases, but with 2 people working at a time.

2nd event:

10 minutes to find a 1 rep max BENCH PRESS

Each person from the team will have the chance to Bench Press their max weight.
The total weight (heaviest for each person) will be added for the team score.

MEET THE AMBASSADORS! JOIN GORILLA DAY by July 17 2021

Meet Ms. Maggie Pershick (Female brand ambassador) and Mr. Sean Purcell (Male brand ambassador)

We got a chance to sit down with our ambassadors on Business Buzz at Radio Cayman , and get to know them and learn from them.

We also discussed our upcoming event Gorilla Day on July 24 2021, we also discussed the fun activities involved, all the giveaways, and that we are raising funds for the Stingray Swim Club where will receive 100% of the all funds raised and where we are also raising awareness for volunteerism on in conjunction with the Red Cross
