Rogue Members: Do you have friends that want to try a class but are intimidated? Do they feel their fitness levels may not be good enough to handle a class?

Let them know that right now Rogue is offering a free class pass with every personal training session they book. This way they can get some one on one training to build their fitness with some class passes in the bank to use when they are comfortable!

Tonight's advanced Muay Thai session (7-8pm) requires full gear. Also, we're setting it off with a run so arrive with your sneaks for the 640pm depart. You won't like what you'll have to do if you're late for the run. Trust.

I was handed a piece of paper and was told to look it over. On it read: Muay Thai Instructor Certificate. This is a 1 Day…ALL DAY intensive certification.
