Empower Gym Empower31 is a gym that houses an authentic Mauy thai gym and a strength and conditioning facility, with professional trainers specialized in each field.

Our trainers are here to walk the members though every step of the way, watch closely, and accustom the member to the correct lifting a training techniques. Empower31 provides one-on-one training, working with professional athletes, as well as those recovering from post injury/surgery. Empower31 strives to see you progress in realistic increments, with noticeable results.
