I’m sure you’ve all seen the beautiful moon growing in the sky and tomorrow is the full moon 🤗

During these times you maybe be feeling pent up emotions and more negative critical thoughts coming up and that’s normal now. The moon is inviting us to acknowledging our deep feelings and needs and do the needful to take care of our needs and desires. I will be leading a beautiful super powerful meditation called twin hearts in a safe space where we will be able to allow our thoughts and feelings to be seen and heard and transmuted into light love and power that we can share with the world.

September is here !! September will be an intensification of the energy of the year as it is also a 9 energy month the same as 2025!!! It’s an invitation to reflect on the whole year so far and how much you have grown in the process of shedding old thoughts and facing your core wounds!

That’s why I’ve created for you a series of events to attend to help you manage your emotions and balance your energy field ☺️

It’s time to go inwards and reflect on your progress this year. It’s been a tough one and your tougher my love ♥️

This month let’s connect with our inner power and strength by recalling previous moments of power. What were your ah it’s back then ? What were your thought like ? Who was your support team ? Is it time to bring them back now?

Important days: 7 Sept full moon day. That’s why we will be doing twin hearts meditation to bless our family friends an the earth.

9 Sept which is triple 9s . Massive shifts and drama so remember to stay quiet and focus within to stay centered.

21 Sept new moon for setting new moon intentions .

قربنا لنهاية السنة و الشهر هذا جميل للتأني بالدروس و المحن اللي مرينا فيها بسنة ٢٠.٢٥.

اكتشفتي انج قوية و انج قادرة على التغلب على المصاعب ؟
و لا اكتشفتي انج ظلمتي نفسج لانج مشيتي وراء تيار التغيرات و قلت مو ذنبي ، شسوي ، مالي سند ؟

ميخالف… كلنا نمر بهذه اللحظات اللي نحس بضعف و خذلان بالحياة و الحين صار وقت انج ترفعين راسج و تتذكرين انج امرأة قوية و تقدرين تحولين المحن إللى نضوج فكري و ايمان بحكمة الدروس " لا يكلف الله نفساً إلا وسعها "….

هذا الشهر أبيج تراجعين نفسج و تتذكرين الاوقات اللي كنت فيها باحسن صحتج الجسدية و الفكرية و المشاعرية و تسألين نفسج : شنو الممارسات اللي ساعدتج بهذه الفترة اللي وصلتج لهذه القوة و اليقين ؟ منو الأشخاص اللي عطوج الدعم و الحنان بهذه الفترة ؟ شنو الأفكار اللي عطتج الإرادة القوية ؟

ايام مهمة : ٧ سبتمبر - بدر القوة . التامل بهذه الفترة يساعد للوصول إلى القرارات الجديدة و الهدوء الروحي. مسوية لكم تامل القلبين بهذا اليوم الساعة ٦:١٥م في نادي سانكشوري .kwt

٩ سبتمبر: في تغيرات قوية و افكار ثقيله لا تأخذين قرار بهذا اليوم. ضغوطات من الخارج كثيرة اتركيها و اختاري الجلوس بانفرادية لسماع الصوت الداخلي.

٢٢ سبتمبر وقت النوايا الجديدة و الاستغفار لخلق مساحة استقبال معجزات رب العالمين. حياج باسمية دائرة الحب نقاش و تدوين للتفريغ و استقبال النعم.

الممارسات:
التبرع بالملابس و الاغراض القديمة بنية ادخال السعادة للآخرين .

تقديم الخدمات و مساعدة الآخرين بنية التواصل الاجتماعي و خلق مجتمع نافع .

ممارسة التامل و السكون كل ليلة قبل النوم و تمرين الاتنان كل ليله .
