All this is done in a fun and entertaining way. Classes are modulated for high intensity routines, dance workouts, toning, and sculpting routines with an emphasis on weight loss. Tone Trouble Zones : Pilates, Yogalates, Body Sculpting & Core Conditioning, Callenatics & Piyo Strength. Dance Trance : Zumba, Kids Zumba, Zumba Santao, Masala Bhangra, Bollywood Dancing Workouts and Aerobics. Strength Training : Boot Camp, Circuit Training, HIIT, Tabata, HIITilates. Target Toners : Resistance Band, Towel-a-cise, Chair-a-cise, Rolled mat workouts, Brazilian Butt. Rapid Results : Tae Bo, Kick boxing, Piloxing. Qualifications:
Certified Zumba Level 1 Instructor
Certified Zumba Level 2 Instructor
Certified Zumba Steps Instructor
Certified Masala Bhangra Instructor
Certified Aerobics Kick Boxing Fitness instructor
Certified Weight & Resistance Instructor
Certified Group Training Instructor
