نائب رئيس اللجنة الفنية بالاتحاد الدولي للجمباز،
خلال التقييم البدني للاعبات أكاديمية هيلي.
رؤيتها كانت واضحة وصريحة:
✔ العمل مبني على أسس علمية
✔ التقييم مرتبط بالتطور الحقيقي وليس النتائج السريعة
✔ البيئة التدريبية تدعم اللاعب، المدرب، والمنهج طويل المدى
في هيلي، نحن لا نبحث عن الإشادة…
نبحث عن المعيار الصحيح،
وعن أن نكون على الطريق الذي يصنع لاعبات للمستقبل، لا للحظة.
