Spread over an area of 4,859 square meters in Bneid El Gar, the Flex Family is a one-of-a-kind concept in the region that provides the integrated mother & kids work-out, educational and wellness activities under one roof, an ideal place to strengthen the family ties in a healthy, fun atmosphere. The facility includes a lounge, two swimming pools, a spinning
hall, Aerobics studios, squash courts, kids cardio hall, soft play
areas, TV & Educational rooms, a special events room for birthdays and other events, a martial Arts studio, a kids’ climbing wall, an infirmary managed by a qualified nurse, along with lockers, changing rooms and shower sections. The fitness facility includes lounges and waiting areas, assessment rooms, two swimming pools, a steam room, a sauna, a gym, spinning studios, two squash courts, weight rooms, circuit studios, cardio areas, prayer rooms, along with lockers, changing rooms and shower sections. The center includes Dashing Diva nail Spa, the Flex Spa &
Salon, and Flex Women.
على مساحة 4859 متراً مربعاً في منطقة بنيد القار، يعد فليكس فاميلي مفهوماً آخراً فريداً من نوعه في المنطقة يوفر للأم وأبنائها الرياضة الصحية والأنشطة التعليمية تحت سقف واحد، كما يعد مكاناً مثالياً لتعزيز الروابط الأسرية في أجواء صحية ومرحة. يتضمن المرفق حوضين للسباحة، قاعة تمارين، عاقة ايروبيكس، ملاعب اسكواش، قاعة تمارين كارديو، قاعة للأطفال، ساحة خاصة للعب الأطفال، غرف تلفزيون وتعليم، قاعات المناسبات الخاصة لأعياد الميلاد والمناسبات الأخرى، صالة لتعلم فنون الدفاع عن النفس، جدار تسلق للاطفال، عيادة طبية يديرها ممرضة مؤهله، إلى جانب غرفة خزانات، غرف تغيير الملابس والاستحمام. وعلاوة عللى صالون داشينج ديفا للأظافر، افتتح مؤخرا أكاديمية لمساحيق التجميل ضمن فليكس فاميلي لتعليم فن المكياج والوشم بثلاث مستويات: الناشئين، المتقدمين، وأصحاب الخبرة. بعد ذلك يتم تسليم الشهادات لمجتازي الدورة. ويشمل النادي أكاديمية فليكس إينجيلز (ملائكة فليكس) وهو مفهوم متميّز من اللياقة البدنية يجمع التعليم أو دروس-اللياقة للأطفال الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 6 أشهر حتى 4 سنوات حيث يتبعون برنامج لياقة فريد من نوعه. الأكاديمية الالكترونية هي برنامج للتعلم باللغتين العربية والانجليزية، كما أن يشجع برنامج اللياقة "اس-كلاسيز" حب الرياضة والمرح عبر دروس وأنشطة منفصلة لكل فئة عمرية.
